By purchasing products from Security Kit (Code Vault), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Delivery

• All products are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment.
• You will receive a download link after successful payment.
• Products are provided "as is" — we make every effort to ensure quality, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every use case.

3. License

• Personal & Commercial Use: You may use purchased products in your own personal and commercial projects.
• No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw product files.
• No Sub-licensing: You may not grant others rights to use the product files independently.
• Derivative Works: You may modify and incorporate products into your own work (games, apps, websites, etc.).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available after download. However, if a product is materially different from its description or is non-functional, contact us and we will make it right — either through a fix, replacement, or refund.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe (credit/debit cards) or Coinbase Commerce (cryptocurrency).
• All prices are in USD.
• Cryptocurrency payments receive a 20% discount as displayed on the store.

6. Intellectual Property

Code Vault retains all intellectual property rights to the products. Your purchase grants you a license to use the products, not ownership of the underlying IP.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
